Large wood placement grant awarded to FFC

The Restoration and Enhancement (R & E) Board of the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife has awarded a $46,230 grant to Friends of Fox Creek to place logs in the Fox Creek channel to improve fish habitat and to moderate high stream flows. The money comes from sport fishing licenses and commercial fishing permits. Link to the recent article  in The Daily News here.
