Our 2016 annual meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb. 18th, at 6:30 pm at El Tapatio Restaurant in Rainier. The public is invited. The address is 117 A Street W., Rainier, OR 97048.
We will have updates on activities, reports from officers, and the election of two members to the seven-member board of directors for terms of three years.
Make your reservations for dinner by Feb. 17th by contacting Ian Bledsoe at email@example.com.
We will be ordering food individually from the menu at El Tapatio. Also, if you’d like to support FFC as a member, please come prepared to pay your membership dues ($15) to our FFC treasurer if you haven’t already sent it in. Additional donations are also accepted.
If you wish to nominate yourself or another person to a seat on the board you may do so during the election that night. Seats that are up for election this year are those currently held by JoAnne Booth and Amy Poulos, both of whom are eligible to serve again but have said they wish to retire from the board.
The meeting will adjourn to a presentation on salmon restoration at the Julia Butler Hansen National Wildlife Refuge for the Columbian White-tailed Deer by Keely Lopez, the refuge manager.
